SHIPPING POLICY

Every Dream Signal Apparel order is printed fresh just for you. Here's what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Production Time
All shirts are made to order using direct-to-film (DTF) printing. Once your order is placed, production typically takes 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Time
After production, standard domestic delivery takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. Most customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Free Shipping
All domestic orders ship free. No minimum order. No promo code needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours after receiving that email for tracking details to update.

International Orders
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing but generally range from 10–21 business days after production. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect, contact us at support@DreamSignalApparel.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
