Do you have retail locations?
Dream Signal Apparel is exclusively online. We ship directly to customers across the United States, so wherever you are, we have you covered. Browse the full collection at dreamsignalapparel.com.
Do you have active discount codes or promotions?
We run occasional promotions and seasonal sales throughout the year. Subscribe to our email list to be the first to know. Orders of 3 or more shirts automatically receive a discount at checkout — no code needed.
How can I contact customer service?

Do you offer express shipping?
Not at this time. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days from purchase. Need it by a specific date? Email us before ordering and we will give you an honest estimate.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Dream Signal Apparel only ships to US addresses. Subscribe to our email list for updates on new shipping destinations.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — always. Free standard shipping on every US order, automatically applied at checkout. No minimums, no codes, no catches.
How are the shirts printed?
Every shirt is printed using Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology — vivid, full-color prints with sharp detail that hold up wash after wash. No cracking, no peeling, no fading.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships — typically 2–4 business days after purchase. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. No email after 7 days? Contact support@dreamsignalapparel.com.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
We do not have a formal wholesale program yet, but we are happy to talk through bulk orders. Email support@dreamsignalapparel.com with the details and we will figure something out.
How do I know what size to order?
Men's tees (Hanes 5280, relaxed fit): S=18in chest, M=20in, L=22in, XL=24in, 2XL=26in, 3XL=28in — true to size, size up if between sizes. Women's tees (Gildan G640L, fitted cut): S=16in chest, M=18in, L=20in, XL=22in, 2XL=24in — runs fitted, size up for a relaxed look.
Do your shirts run true to size?
Men's tees (Hanes 5280) run true to size in a classic relaxed fit. Women's tees (Gildan G640L) run fitted — size up if you prefer a more relaxed look. Full measurements are in the Size Guide on every product page.
What is the difference between the Men's and Women's fit?
Men's tees are a classic relaxed fit — straight body, comfortable and roomy. Women's tees are a fitted junior cut — shaped through the chest and waist, shorter length. Women who prefer an oversized look often order Men's tees and size down one.
Do you offer Big and Tall sizes?
Men's tees go up to 3XL and Women's up to 2XL. A dedicated Big and Tall collection with extended sizing is coming — subscribe to our email list to be notified at launch.
Will the design crack or fade after washing?
No. DTF printing bonds ink directly into the fabric fibers. Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low, avoid bleach — and that print will stay sharp for years.
How should I care for my shirt?
Wash inside out, cold water, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. No bleach, no fabric softener. If ironing, flip inside out and keep the iron off the design. Cold, gentle, inside out — that is the whole formula.
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items. Sale items are final sale. Defects and damage are fixed immediately with no return shipping required. Email support@dreamsignalapparel.com with your order number to get started.
What if my shirt arrives damaged or with a print defect?
Email support@dreamsignalapparel.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it — no return shipping, no runaround.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Meta Pay. All transactions are secured through Shopify encrypted checkout.
Is it safe to enter my credit card on your site?
Absolutely. Shopify uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant — the highest payment security standard. Your card number is never stored on our servers.
How do I place an order?
Browse the collection, pick your size and color, add to cart, and check out. You will get a confirmation email right away and a tracking number once your shirt ships.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Email support@dreamsignalapparel.com immediately with your order number — we have roughly a 2-hour window before production begins. Once in production, the shirt is already being made and cannot be changed.
My order says delivered but I have not received it — what do I do?
Wait 24 hours first — carriers sometimes scan packages early. Check around your property and with neighbors. If still missing, contact your local post office and email support@dreamsignalapparel.com. We will investigate and replace if needed.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Not currently. You can ship directly to the recipient's address at checkout. For a personal note, email support@dreamsignalapparel.com and we will do our best to include a message.
Where do your designs come from?
Every design is original artwork created using artificial intelligence. We concept, develop, and refine each one using advanced AI image generation tools — then put it through a rigorous selection process. No clip art, no stock graphics. Every shirt is a one-of-a-kind AI-generated piece, printed fresh on demand.
