How Our Products Are Made
Every item in our store is made to order, just for you. That means your order goes into production after your purchase is placed — we don't hold pre-made inventory. This allows us to offer a wide range of products without waste, and ensures each piece is freshly made.
Processing & Production Time
Because your order is produced on demand, please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be made before it ships. Production time may vary slightly depending on the product type and current order volume.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 7–12 business days from the date of your order.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Free Shipping
Shipping is always free on every order — no minimums, no codes required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed without delivery, please reach out to us. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and make sure you're taken care of.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to fulfill orders to international addresses at this time. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!
