At Dream Signal Apparel, every item is made to order just for you — printed and fulfilled only after you place your order. This means no warehouse of unsold stock, and a product crafted specifically for you. Because of this made-to-order process, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size or a change of mind. We appreciate your understanding, and we're committed to making sure every order that leaves our fulfillment partner meets the quality you expect.
When We Will Make It Right
We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will resolve it — no hassle.
Eligible issues include:

Item arrived visibly damaged (torn, broken, crushed in transit)
- Item not washed or worn

Print is faded, cracked, misaligned, or significantly off from the product image

Wrong item or design received

Manufacturing defect (blank, stitching failure, etc.)
How to Submit a Claim

Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@dreamsignalapparel.com

Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue

We'll review and respond within 2–3 business days

Once approved, choose: a free replacement or a full refund — your choice
No return shipping required for eligible claims.
What We're Unable to Refund or Replace

Ordering the wrong size

Disliking the fit, color, or style after receiving it

Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
Sizing
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, reach out before you buy — we're happy to help. We cannot issue replacements for sizing issues resulting from not consulting the size guide, as all items are made to order once produced.
